Programme Guide

The dawn of a New Year brings Hancock to some tough decision making. In a burst of self-improvement, Hancock makes several New Year Resolutions, which he is determined to keep at all costs.

However, by the second of January, Hancock finds that his ship of good intentions has grounded on the shores of self-indulgence. For, after only a short time, not only is Hancock borrowing money, but he is also telling lies.

Finally, 'the grand slam', Hancock pays a visit to Sid James' night club, where the last traces of the 'new' Hancock ebb away.
